We
have REALLY BIG news!!! The
Franklin Classic is moving to the
square!!! Although this is only a
two block move, it is really BIG for the
event and the participants. We are
really excited about it.
Over the last few years we have worked
hard to increase the turnout for the
event, have added a kid's zone, live
music, more sponsors, etc. As a
result we have experienced increasing
congestion on the 5K course. In
addition, we have outgrown the are at 5
Points where we have held the
start/finish line and all the related
activities.
There is no better place to hold our
event than the square! There is
plenty of room for all the activities.
All events will start and finish at the
square and the revised routes will be
FREE of congestion. Two parking
garages are within a block of the
square.
This is going to be a blast!
