Awards and Prizes:
All participants will receive a commemorative Race T-Shirt and a chance to win other great prizes. Overall and age group awards will be given at each division to the male and female winners. We will also have door prizes from a drawing with a grand prize package of: $100 Gift Certificate towards the purchase of shoes, Ipod Shuffle, and a Garmin GPS Watch (Winners must be present to win. Awards ceremony will begin at 9:50 a.m. at the Mix 92.9 Awards Stage).

Race Day Photography:
The Franklin Classic contracts with Brightroom, a professional event photography company. Following the event, click here and enter your bib number to view pictures of you. You will then have an opportunity to purchase pictures. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Mercy Children’s Clinic!

Weather:
The average race day temperature is a high of 83 and a low of 61.

Policy regarding weather conditions: The Franklin Classic follows the recommendations of the Road Runners Club of America concerning adverse weather conditions. The race will be cancelled, postponed, modified or shortened by an appropriate amount if (1) the dew point is 80 degrees F or above, or (2) lightning is present.

The race committee and medical director will determine whether to modify, postpone or cancel the race. This is a charitable event and no refunds will be given if the race is postponed, modified or cancelled due to severe weather conditions.
